Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HookGo ("Company") and users regarding the webhook signal relay service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Service)

① HookGo is a signal relay (bridge) service that receives webhook signals from external sources configured by the user — such as TradingView and other sources — and forwards them to the user's designated exchange.

② The Company does not provide investment advice, strategy recommendations, or profit guarantees. The Service only relays signals configured by the user, and all trading decisions and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.

③ The Company does not collect, store, or transmit the user's exchange API Keys. API Keys are encrypted and stored only on the user's PC. The Company does not store API Keys on its servers.

Article 3 (Formation of Agreement)

① The usage agreement is established when the user agrees to these Terms, completes registration, and the Company accepts.

② The Company may refuse registration or terminate the agreement if: the user provides false information, uses another person's identity, has previously been restricted, or violates applicable laws.

Article 4 (Service Usage)

① The Service is available after completing registration and email verification.

② New users receive a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required. The free trial is available only once per account and cannot be renewed upon re-registration.

③ The user acknowledges and agrees that signals may be delayed or fail due to market conditions, network latency, exchange maintenance, or other factors.

④ Each user may create only one account and may not share or transfer it to others.

⑤ One license may only be used on one PC. If you need to change your PC, please contact support (support@hookgo.io) to request a device change.

Article 5 (API Key Management)

① The user's exchange API Keys are encrypted and stored only on the user's PC and are never transmitted to Company servers.

② The Company does not access the user's API Keys and is not responsible for damages caused by negligent API Key management.

③ Users must enable only 'Trading' permissions and must disable 'Withdrawal' permissions. Damages from enabled withdrawal permissions are the user's responsibility.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

① Service fees follow the pricing published on the website's pricing page.

② Payment is processed in USDT cryptocurrency through Lemon Squeezy (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20 only).

③ Subscriptions auto-renew in 30-day (monthly) or 365-day (annual) cycles from the payment date.

④ Upon cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period, after which auto-renewal stops.

⑤ The Company may change fees with 30 days' notice via email or website.

Article 7 (Refunds)

① Refunds are accepted only within 7 days of the original payment.

② After the 7-day window, refunds are no longer available regardless of service usage.

③ The free trial period is not eligible for refunds as no payment occurs.

④ Refund requests should be submitted to support@hookgo.io and will be processed within 7 business days.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① The Company bears no responsibility for any profits or losses resulting from the user's trades.

② The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, exchange failures, or network outages.

③ The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of strategies, signals, or exchange configurations set by the user.

④ Cryptocurrency and financial product trading carries the risk of principal loss. Users must fully understand this and use the Service at their own judgment and responsibility.

⑤ Risk Guardian is a safety mechanism that pauses relay at user-set limits and does not guarantee loss prevention.

⑥ The Company is not responsible for order failures caused by factors outside its control, such as the user's PC environment, internet connection, or exchange API errors.

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Termination)

The Company may restrict service usage or terminate the agreement without prior notice if: the user uses the Service for fraudulent purposes, interferes with other users, violates applicable laws, disrupts stable service operation, or registered with false information.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in software, design, logos, and content included in the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer them without prior consent.

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)

① The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, with notice provided 7 days before the effective date via website and email.

② Users who disagree with amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw. Failure to express objection within 7 days of notice constitutes agreement to the changes.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

① These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Disputes related to the Service shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
